What’s your pastry background?
Please review the about me page for more information. I am currently enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Patisseries & Baking professional pastry program. I started working in the food service industry when I was 15 years old. My LOVE for sweets began at Baskin Robbins where I was not only introduced to 31 flavors of amazing ice cream but I began developing my culinary skills as a cake decorator. Over the next seven years I worked at some of Seattle Washington's more recognizable restaurants including Cucina Cucina Italian Cafe, Fox Sports Bar & Grill, Bucca Di Beppo, The Brooklyn Steak, Seafood & Oyster House and Daniels Broiler Steakhouse & Private Dining. While in college I found myself cooking & baking for many Famous Professional Athletes including players from the Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots. From cupcakes, to cookies, to fruit crisps to brownies, to pies, to sweet breads, to my famous rice crispy treats, I did it all. I currently bake in my home kitchen and will soon have goods available for purchase.
